FREE IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

At It’s A Secret Med Spa, we realize that everyone’s aesthetic goals, anatomy, and personal preferences vary. That’s why we customize all of our treatment plans to ensure that each of our clients’ desired outcomes are met.

Consultations are essential so that clients can meet with a provider to discuss previous treatment history and desired results. During this time, we will educate our clients and go over our service offerings. We will also recommend treatments that work within our clients’ budgets.  After an assessment is completed, we’ll be able to provide you with a treatment plan and an accurate estimate of costs.

We offer in-person and virtual consultations to new and returning clients at no cost. Simply fill out the request form, and you will be contacted by one of our treatment plan specialists to discuss your goals and which services you are interested in. Though not required, consultations are encouraged to ensure that any and all questions and possible concerns are addressed prior to your appointment.

Virtual consultations are perfect for those with a busy schedule, limited availability, or who just prefer the privacy and comfort of a setting of their choice.

Much like our regular consultations, virtual consultations can be scheduled at any time that is convenient for you and your treatment provider. These consultations can happen anywhere that you feel comfortable, as long as you have access to a mobile device or webcam.

Prior to scheduling a meeting with a treatment provider, we will ask you a few questions to ensure we are providing you with the best possible recommendations.
