Hyaluronidase Aftercare guide

Sunblock, SPF 30 or above should be used on a daily basis

Avoid heavy lifting or physical activity for 24 hours following the procedure

Ice 20 minutes on/20 minutes off as needed for comfort and swelling

Take ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours as needed for pain and swelling

Apply arnica gel or take arnica tablets before and after treatment to prevent and improve bruising and swelling

Avoiding alcohol 24 hours before and after the procedure to reduce chances of bruising
