What is Cheek Filler?

Our injectors strategically place filler on the cheekbone to add volume and structure in the cheek area. These subtle changes can significantly impact a client’s profile and increase skin support, lifting the lower face. Cheek filler can also address asymmetry.

During the first 15 minutes of a cheek filler appointment, our providers will discuss the desired result and recommend a treatment plan. This treatment is highly requested in our filler offering, as these subtle changes can significantly impact facial structure.

Benefits of Cheek Fillers

Injectable cheek fillers are a nonsurgical procedure that enhances facial features and provides a more youthful appearance. The filler adds volume to the cheeks, helping lift the skin and smooth wrinkles. Filler treatment can improve facial symmetry and enhance the face’s contour. Cheek filler is a quick, non-invasive cosmetic procedure with little pain and minimal downtime.

  • Restore lost cheek volume to reduce the appearance of marionette lines, dark circles, tear troughs and more

  • Address signs of facial aging such as volume loss, sagging jowls, nasolabial folds and wrinkles in the mid-face

  • Restore lost volume and enjoy natural-looking results that can last for up to 2 years after your cheek filler procedure

  • Return to your normal activities quickly with only temporary swelling and minimal discomfort at the injection site

  • Avoid more invasive plastic surgery with an in-office procedure that can deliver exceptional results

Types of Cheek Fillers

Hyaluronic acid (HA): A naturally occurring sugar molecule that adds volume and hydrates the skin. Hyaluronic acid is the most popular cheek filler.

ARE FILLERS BETTER AT TREATING WRINKLES THAN BOTOX?

Fillers and wrinkle relaxers like Botox and Dysport treat wrinkles in different ways. Wrinkle relaxers target facial muscles to address dynamic wrinkles like crow’s feet and smile lines. Dermal filler injections restore facial volume by filling the hollow areas of the face, improving the appearance of static folds and wrinkles.

What to expect after Cheek filler?

After the topical numbing cream wears off, it’s normal to experience some tenderness or itching. Swelling and bruising are to be expected and should resolve within 2 weeks. You can help minimize these effects by icing the area and drinking lots of water after treatment. Avoid alcohol and medications like aspirin and ibuprofen for at least 3 days to reduce your risk of severe bruising. Makeup can be worn post-treatment.
